The Holiday Inn Cambridge is a modern style wedding venue with a wealth of facilities. Located on the outskirts of Cambridge the hotel is conveniently situated to the side of the A14. The hotel features attractive gardens. a large outdoor space and is very close to a lake walk. Your Holiday Inn Cambridge wedding disco can be held in either the Kings Suite or more centrally between the suite of rooms that will be used for your wedding day.

Illuminated LOVE Letter Hire – a stylish statement of the emotion of your day in 4′ illuminated letters. Our tasteful LOVE letters can be placed in the hotel garden, used as a feature within the bar area or within your function suite. New for 2017 we can colour co-ordinate the feature heart to most wedding theme colours.

Uplighting – Providing a wonderfully warm effect throughout your day uplighting can also add an extra dimension to your wedding disco experience changing colour as part of the DJs lightshow following your first dance. Uplighting is installed prior to your arrival at The Holiday Inn. For couples holding their ceremony at the hotel this means uplighting is part of your ceremony decor creating a stylish backdrop for the “I Do”.

Dancefloor Hire – The Holiday Inn provide a wooden dancefloor as part of your wedding package. BlackTieDJ offer the option to “pimp your dancefloor” and can provide a classic chequerboard design dancefloor or starlight dancefloors in either gloss white or gloss black.

Confetti Canon – whether you choose to have confetti canons as a first dance feature or as part of your last dance we can guarantee they will make a huge impact! The confetti strips are sprayed high into the air before gently fluttering back to earth reflecting light as they descend.

White Starcloth DJ Booth – our white starcloth DJ booth is a statement in elegance. A must for couples with a white or pastel colour theme our white starlight DJ booth is an incredibly popular upgrade. With limited availability it’s essential to book your white DJ booth option well in advance.

Dress your BlackTieDJ – new for 2017 we are offering couples the choice of having their DJ dressed in our traditional tuxudo or a contemporary suit and tie.

Photobooth Hire – like everything else BlackTieDJ do our photobooth hire is a cut above. Including greenscreen functionality as standard, a box full of props, unlimited photo prints, a fun supervisor and a complimentary guest book this photobooth offers an amazing guest experience.
