| Having worked at approx 500 weddings over the last 12
years, I understand the needs of brides and grooms fully, when it comes
to providing discotheques for the most special day of your life.
I
understand the need for professionalism, attention to detail,
reliability and punctuality.
The last thing a bride and groom need
is to have the additional stress and worry on the day because their
entertainment hasn't left enough time to travel the venue or has got
'stuck in traffic'.
I choose to offer the best level of service to all
my customers regardless of venue size / location / duration etc, I
prefer to keep things simple as possible and offer a good value package
as standard with very few 'extras' which can make a simple process of booking a
disco into an uphill struggle. |
 |
| |
|
| Weddings - the standard package (i.e. what I turn up
to your venue with as standard):- |
|
| |
|
| Large PA system (the HK Audio system I use is suitable
for up to 500 guests), it consists of bass speakers and full range
speakers, it splits down so I can use it is various formations so it
will suit any venue. |
  |
| Star cloth DJ Area (a 3m x 1.2m starcloth is positioned
across the front of my equipment, this looks very classy and also hides
all the cables etc). |
| Goal post style lighting rig, consisting of wind up
tripod stands and aluminium truss with at least 4 advanced lighting
effects (for the dance floor) |
| Over 10000 songs on CD, Mini Disc and in digital format. |
| Microphone available for speeches / announcements at any
point throughout the evening. |
| The standard fee incorporates an arrival at approx 1730
and setting up during the natural break of your wedding breakfast between day and evening.
If if setting up in a separate room to the Wedding Breakfast, this will
take place out of sight of the guests and be ready for a 6.30 - 7.00pm
earliest start. |
| |
| The above package has been designed to give the best
value show for a standard fee. |
| |
|
| The Extras |
|
| |
|
| Setting Up The Equipment Early In The Day - There is an additional charge for
an early set up (automatically included in any additional fee is, background music
during drinks reception / dinner. use of a radio microphone during
the speeches). There is also one other small requirement when
early set ups are involved, as I'm likely to be onsite for around 10-12
hrs, it would be appreciated if I could be supplied with some food of
sorts. |
| |
|
| Black Backdrop - I have available a large (up to
9m wide and 4m tall) freestanding black backdrop which can be installed
into most venues, to blackout one end of the room, or the stage area. This makes the
disco area more of a focal point and brings a 'stage show /
production' feel to the disco, utilising the truss from which this is
suspended, additional colour floods can be mounted on this structure
also. |
| |
|
| Mood Lighting, LED Uplighters - Mood lighting uses freestanding LED up-lighters,
which can colour any white or bright coloured wall or marquee lining.
The units will produce a vast array of colours across the visible spectrum. LED up-lighters are relatively
new technology that uses high power LED (light emitting diodes) to
generate nearly every colour the human eye can see, LED lights use very
little power and generate a small fraction of the heat compared to
traditional halogen bulbsd, so they are perfect for marquees and any other surface that
needs a bit of colour.
The lights are controlled by a central
controller and the brightness / colour can be changed with a flick of a switch. |
 |
| |
| Karaoke - As an additional option you can add
karaoke to your standard disco package for a small additional fee,
Karaoke can be added to your disco to include up to 4 singers, flat screen
for the lyrics, if requested large screen and projector for the audience
to see the lyrics and
over 12000 karaoke songs. |
| |
| So there we have it the standard package and the
optional extra's, I've purposely tried to keep it as simple as possible
for you, so you are not overwhelmed with lots of different options and
packages. For more information please do not hesitate to contact me.

What Will It Cost?
As a rough guide please take a
look at the fees below:-
| Guide to Fees and Optional Extras. |
Fee:- |
| Standard Fee, based on arriving at 1730 setting
up for 1900 and playing music as required from 1900 - 0100 |
Generally fees between:- |
£300 and £350 depending on location. |
| Early Set Up Fee (includes background music
during drinks reception & wedding breakfast & use of radio microphone
during the speeches. |
Earliest Set by time:- 1330 |
£50 |
| Black Backdrop (up to 9m wide and 4m high),
blackout the stage area to give the evening more of a production feel. |
This adds approx 30mins to the set up time:- |
£75 |
| L.E.D. Mood Lighting, colour your
venue to any colour within the visible spectrum, lights can be static,
move the beat or cycle through colours. The uplighters use very
little power, so can be used in marquees or venues where conventional
lighting may not be suitable. The brightness of the lights can
also be controlled to set the correct atmosphere throughout the night. |
When booked as an optional extra, these would have to be
installed before any guests arrive at the venue. |
Fee's start at £140 for up to 8 uplighters, and just £70
per set of four additional units it's a cost effective and great
additional thing to have. Because the LED uplighters use very
little power, you can have as many as you wish. |
| When booked on their own without the disco. |
Packages start from £225. |
